- i’m 6′2, 145 pounds

- i have dark brown hair and dark blue eyes

- my hair used to be really curly but as i’ve gotten older, it only gets curly when it gets to a certain length. i straighten it when (and if) it gets to that point.

- hope hacked off all my hair, including my sides and now it’s just short and … well, short. it still sticks up at the crown because i have permanent bedhead and my bangs are kind of short and dorky right now so i’m pushing them to the side and we’ll see what happens with that

- i’m of european descent

- my father’s baptist and my mother was raised methodist but her father is jewish

- i do not practice any religion

- i had a catholic education then went to a liberal communications college with no religious affiliation. now i go to a methodist-affiliated college. my gram’s proud.

- i wear contacts during the day and glasses at night, my glasses are rectangular and black (rayban, look them up), my contacts are some shit brand that don’t work and i’m pissed because my eye doctor talked me into switching to a brand made for astigmatism and now i’m constantly wearing my glasses if i want to see anything without it being slightly out of focus (namely, when i’m on the computer and driving at night)

- i wear a size 12 shoe, size small in tee shirts, 28×34 jeans

- my favorite tee shirts are my american apparel track tee shirt and the american apparel deep v’s. and the 50/50 blends. holy shit, i just love american apparel. it’s kind of obsessive.

- my favorite outfit at the moment consists of my purple aa hoodie, a black cobra starship tee shirt, skinnier straight legged jeans and my chucks. and a flat-brim baseball cap if the mood strikes me. and my frankenstein boot. never leave home without it.

- i randomly break out into song and dance moves from the 80s and early 90s (the moonwalk, the running man, etc)

- my blood type is a positive

- i’m a junior in college

- this past quarter sucked nuts, but i survived.

- i ended fall quarter with a 3.6 gpa (3.6 for the quarter, dean’s list!)

- i have a mom, a dad, a step-mom, a step-dad, two brothers, four sisters, a half-sister and a step-sister, a sister-in-law, a brother-in-law, a soon-to-be-brother-in-law, three neices, and a nephew (halle, dave, adrienne, jimmy, chad, spencer, malissa, cj, hope, hillary, lillian, jessica, alina, denver, steve, anabella, avery, kina, callum), and a nephew on the way, and one god daughter (brianna)

- i have four best friends: hope (since birth), rae (since kindergarten), elisabeth (since senior year), jack (since september 2006)

- i have five-ish tattoos: “her hips my lips” in times new roman type on my inner bicep and “0806″ in times new roman along my hip bone. newly added: “north” on the inside of my bottom lip, “halle anne” in script on the back of my right arm, and the beginnings of a half sleeve (upper left arm)

- i have several piercings: lobes, rook, conch, cartilage, i don’t wear any of them anymore, but i stretched my lobes again for like two days then realized i looked stupid and took them out.

- my hobbies include: writing!, reading, playing stupid video games (mario party, pac attack puzzle mode, donkey kong), slowpitch softball in the summer (when my shoulder hasn’t been dislocated), sex, guitar hero 2!!

- i’ve had sex with five girls and one boy: rae (my first time), ting (older, now married to my older brother’s best friend, kind of awkward?), sara (after ting, before i met elisabeth), elisabeth (for two and a half years), heather (after elisabeth), and jack (he gives the best blow jobs)

- i’m a little emotionally unstable

- my favorite color is green, but my favorite color to wear is black, and recently purple

- my favorite food is tacos with refried beans instead of meat, and the santa fe salad from max & erma’s, holy shit it’s heaven

- my favorite pizza topping is black olives but i always order extra cheese, black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, and banana peppers

- my favorite salad dressings are raspberry vinaigrette, ranch, catalina and italian in that order

- my favorite vegetables are black olives, cucumbers, and green peppers

- i don’t watch much tv but i will never pass up law & order: svu, rob & big, that 70’s show or fresh prince. nickelodeon, disney and the history channel are up there on the list as well.

- my favorite font is and will always be times new roman

- i do not have a favorite actor or actress

- my favorite cd right now is the new cobra starship. fob’s take this to your grave is the best driving music (for me anyway).

- my favorite boy band is nsync, they knew when to let it go. what the fuck is up with the backstreet boys always trying to make a comeback. it’s not 1998 anymore.

- my favorite bands are probably the academy is…, all time low, third eye blind, cobra starship and gym class heroes. fall out boy. so sick of panic right now, but looking forward to their new stuff. still love ryan, youknowhowitis. i also like defunct bands like 504plan and arma angelus, minor threat, etc

- i prefer rock over other genres, but i’ve been known to break out in a little “lipgloss” or “big girls don’t cry”

- i don’t have a favorite day of the week

- my favorite month is october

- my favorite season is fall

- christmas is my favorite holiday, and halloween

- i use expensive salon shampoo because my sister gets it discounted

- i use right guard deodorant

- i wear lacoste cologne courtesy of my bff rae

- my favorite toothpaste is colgate cinnamint! it’s the best. but i can’t find it anywhere anymore. tears.

- i hate odd numbers, except for multiples of 5

- my favorite store is, hands down, american apparel (when i was in chicago i made sure to hit every aa store there, including the one in evanston in the pouring rain, but it was so worth it)

- i love when it’s just warm enough to wear a tee shirt and jeans without being cold

- i wear my clothes multiple times between washings, unless something is noticeably dirty or smells

- the girls at work are constantly shoving their noses into the sleeves of my sweatshirts and tee shirts because apparently i always smell like clean laundry. which is better than smelling like dirty laundry or farts or something.

- my favorite restaurant/place to eat are chicago’s pizza in chicago and jimmy john’s

- my favorite teacher is my mom! even though i never had her in school

- my favorite weekend activity is sleeping .. i’ve been averaging 10 hours a night lately. i own.

- my favorite sports are lacrosse and softball, and i’m starting to enjoy tennis

- i’ve never been on a train, but i have been on a subway

- i love travelling by plane

- i have both been in and caused car accidents

- i’m extremely clumsy and i am always falling over myself and running into things

- rae and i almost burned my kitchen down while making ramen in high school

- i’ve only smoked cigarettes once, never again!

- i don’t drink anymore because it gets me in trouble

- before my relationship with jack i had only ever been high once. now i smoke on occasion. usually right before we sex. (not every time, christ i’d be stoned all the damn time)

- so apparently marijuana possession isn’t a felony in ohio unless you have a shit load, so i’ve never committed a felony. yay! 

- my first cavity was when i was 18, when i had four! then i got another one.

- i only have two wisdom teeth and they’re growing in pretty normally and i have room, so i don’t have to get them pulled. the one on the left grew in kind of crooked so it makes me bite my cheek a lot.

- i had braces 7th grade through 9th grade

- i still wear a retainer at night when i remember

- my favorite club in high school was ski club senior year

- when i was younger i liked to eat grass

- because of the grass eating i had to start school a year late

- i’ve broken a lot of bones, my foot/ankle is currently broken

- i had surgery on my knee in middle school, the scar isn’t so visible anymore

- my favorite cousin died when i was four and he was five, he drowned and i still can’t talk about it without wanting to cry

- my worst fear is drowning, i won’t stay in water that goes over my head for longer than it takes me to swim out of it

- i don’t really know where i’m going in life

- i don’t think of myself as a democrat or a republican, but i voted for kerry

- my favorite soda is grape crush, holy shit it’s a godsend .. but really! my favorite soda is cherry coke when they use the syrup. holy fuck so good. i drink it in like .5 seconds.

- my favorite snack foods are pocky and fortune cookies

- the underwear i wear depends on my pants, lately it’s been all about the aa underroos, i have every color, i’m working on my collection of aa boxer briefs

- i’d rather read a book than a magazine, unless it’s death and taxes

- i prefer night to day

- i don’t really like dogs, but i want an english bulldog

- the only shorts i wear are american apparel women’s running shorts

- my closet is obsessively organized

- i keep myself well-groomed

- i have a fullsize bed and a pillowtop mattress and it’s heaven

- i’m pro-choice but i would never want any girl i get pregnant to have an abortion

- i clip my keys to my back right belt loop when i don’t feel like carrying them

- i own girl jeans

- i pretty much only wear my chucks, but occasionally you’ll catch me in my checkered or plaid vans

- i’m sarcastic and and kind of a laugh-riot

- i have pretty bad posture when i sit so when i sit up straight my back cracks (and every time i read this i sit up to make sure it’s still true)

- i crack my knuckles all the time. and i can crack my thumbs just by moving them a certain way

- i despise flip flops and sandals of any kind

- i share a two-bedroom apartment with jack’s best friend from home, leann

- my computer is a mac ibook g4- i have a logitech mx laser mouse, it’s a piece of shit and i don’t use it

- if my external hard drive ever crashes i will die

- i wake up (on my own) nearly 8 hours after i fall asleep if permitted

- i’m pretty bad at remembering names, but once i know your name, i’ll never forget it

- my first job was as a dishwasher at a restaurant. i hated it but worked there for four years. i went from dishwasher to cook to delivery boy to sometimes manager, i pretty much owned the place

- my first car was a jeep liberty. i still have it. then my dad gave me an ‘89 jaguar but i don’t have it anymore, sadly

- my first concert was nsync with my sisters

- i have an 80gb video ipod, white, because my 20gb died

- i start the water before i get in the shower and once i’m in there i face the shower to wash my face and turn my back to it to do everything else

- i’m nearly ambidextrous but i favor my left hand

- i’m awkward on the phone, but in person i never run out of things to say

- i can sing decently, play a little guitar, and play the drums- i like doing my own laundry

- i don’t think i’ve ever been cheated on and i’ve never cheated on anyone (intentionally, anyway)

- i’ve only had two and a half serious girlfriends and one serious boyfriend. and by serious i mean i’m not dating around. we’re not talking marriage and babies and white picket fences or anything.

- i enjoy spontaneous road trips, big or small

- the only jewelry i wear is a friendship bracelet my younger sister made me, my “boyfriend bracelet” and a ring jack bought as a joke, he has the ring and bracelet too

- lately i’ve been wearing two black hair elastics around my wrist that i found on the living room floor

- whenever i meet new people they either love me or hate me. i come off as mean, but i’m not, i’m just really honest

- my favorite shirt (that isn’t aa brand) is a black mount rushmore shirt i got from my mom, it’s from the 80’s

- my journal is a moleskine notebook

- i have another one i use for quotes

- i keep a pocket sized one in my back pocket in case i come up with some brilliant ideas

- i only use black uni-ball vision elite since elisabeth introduced them to me

- i drive more with my knees than with my hands
